Since a large portion of my friends are guys... I decided it's only fair that I start posting about men's fashion. Also, while shopping, I find myself venturing in the boys section on multiple occasions... With that said, I adore Common Project kicks. They are by far the best men's shoe. They do make women's as well...but they are super hard to find! The above court shoes are available at Aloha Rag.

Sunshine Cleaning

Okay, so basically besides fashion, my other major obsession is cleaning. Seriously, ask anyone that knows me. I am a clean freak. I don't know where I came from. If there was an Oscar for cleaning, I would without a doubt win. While catching He's Just Not That Into You (surprisingly good?) I saw the trailer for Sunshine Cleaning. I need to see this film ASAP!!!

While interning at the News Showroom in NYC, I met Mr. Scott Sternberg, the brains behind Band of Outsiders and Boy. A little later on while shmying around Pacific Heights, I found a pretty sweet vintage slash non-vintage boutique called American Rag. I fell in love with these shoes by DRU New York. I could literally kick myself for not throwing down the dough and just strutting out the door with them...

Runway Only!

I clearly have searched every online retailer for the Marc by Marc Jacobs necklaces from the Spring 09 collection- with zero luck. So today, I strolled into the Marc store on Fillmore Street (still in SF) and the salesperson tells me that she, "thinks that the pieces where just made for the runway?"... Ummm... hellllooo??????!!
I guess it's safe to presume they just go forward with production on all the super tacky logo baubles...

Basic Bedding Begone

BLESS, launched in '97 has such a conceptual & avantgarde approach to design; very similar to that of Maison Martin Margiela. 

A favorite creation of mine are their "couple in bed" linens that give the illusion of an actual women and man sleeping. Just make sure Grandma doesn't stop in for a visit while your resting... she might just get the wrong impression.
